National commemoration park of Gdansk, where monotonous granite blocks hold the names of all polish WW2 victims, opens a new dimension of solace and catharsis. Above the park hovers simple, yet distorted body, which gives the illusion of uncertainty to the visitor. It is almost regular geometry, but still feels untrue with its blurry edges and unbelievable white mass. Spikes and bloody holes penetrate its hard surface The air between the park and the mass holds deep and essential emptiness where you can almost touch the absence of time and space.
